Sonic Bonanza at Target 2021: Go There

 What's going on with Target?
Whatever it is, in 2021 is totally Sonic. For whatever reason, Target is stocking up on Sonic in loads of categories. There's enough stuff there now for at least THREE usual Gear updates that have all their categories with nothing but items you can buy at Target in store or online. If they're any indication, Sonic merch is coming back in a big way in 2021. Just strolling thru the store you can see at least 3 different pjs and 4 new shirts. That's not even getting into stuff like the accessories and housewares (water bottles, blankets, cups, socks, underwear and much more) Taking a search around their website if you read this post isn't a bad idea either. Everything will be (eventually) posted up to Gear as well. I may not know the reason for all this Sonic stuff, but I do like seeing it. 

So basically if you want any of these things or they'd be a good gift by all means get into the store and buy it. Almost all of it is reasonably priced (not you, Kidrobot......hmf!) and it's a good enough store that it's likely in stock or they'll get it for you.  

So, the update for the week is 100% Target.
The blog post got hijacked by the Sonic Unlimited logo /tweet/teaser thing or whatever that was because the show had to be talked about (last week) Upcoming weeks will have more variety than just "Target until it is all on", in the interest of...well being interesting and various on the site. But I also think it was the first time that a single store had enough stuff to cover all 6 weekly categories all by itself. 

Next week:
A statue, probably a lego prototype, more Target things--of course, and it'll probably be another of the larger than usual updates.
